I am an avid birder with a passion for biodiversity conservation, traveling the southern hemisphere with the goal of meeting and learning from community leaders in bird conservation.

I graduated from Sewanee, the University of the South in 2022 and was awarded a Watson Fellowship to spend 2023 visiting the homes of the most iconic birds in the world. The Watson Foundation selects college graduates who wish to pursue a year of purposeful, independent exploration outside of the United States.
